Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen sowie Gutschriften für die Abteilung Sockelleisten
  • Prüfung und Pflege von Kundendaten im System
  • Von der Buchhaltung erstellte Mahnungen prüfen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Fakturierung wie Werkgarantien \& Bankgarantien erstellen
  • Unterstützung im täglichen Kundenkontakt (Offerten \& Aufträge erfassen)
  • Unterstützung IT und Telefonanlage
  • Werkzeuge für die Reparatur anmelden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Fakturierung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, idealerweise mit Selectline
  • Exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
