Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Lieferungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Bestandsdaten im System
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Kunden zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Logistikprozessen und -abläufen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren
  • Arbeitszeiten zwischen 07:00 und 17:00 Uhr

Wir erwarten ##

  • Qualifizierte Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Transport- und Logistikbranche
  • Fachwissen in der Lebensmittelbranche und gute Kenntnisse des Detail- und Grosshandels in der Schweiz
  • Kontaktfreudig, präsentationsstark und überzeugend
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sprachgewandt in Deutsch
