Zur Verstärkung auf unserer Geschäftsstelle in Burgdorf suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, dienstleistungsorientierte und zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit, die Freude an einer vielseitigen Tätigkeit in einem kleinen Team hat. In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie Verantwortung an der Schnittstelle von Kreditbewirtschaftung, Finanzen und Administration und tragen wesentlich zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Prozesse bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Überwachung von Fristen, offenen Forderungen und vereinbarten Massnahmen
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von AbzahlungsvereinbarungenKontakt mit Kunden, Banken, Treuhandunternehmen, Inkassopartnern und weiteren Partnern
  • Erstellung von Abrechnungen gemäss Leistungsvereinbarungen für verschiedene interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Abwicklung von Bürgschaftsverträgen und Formalitäten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Interesse am Kreditgeschäft, an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und am Umfeld der KMU\-Förderung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kollegiale, hilfsbereite und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft 365 Anwendungen
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Basiskenntnisse in ösisch
