The posting

Ein Schweizer Marktführer für hochwertige Automationskomponenten sucht Verstärkung für sein rund 15-köpfiges, dynamisches Team in Biel. In dieser Schnittstellenfunktion betreust du die Westschweizer Kundschaft im Verkaufsinnendienst und unterstützt das Produktmanagement. Arbeitsort ist Biel (inkl. Homeoffice-Möglichkeit).

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Koordination von Kundenanfragen via E-Mail, Telefon und CRM
  • Unterstützung der Produktmanager beim Erstellen und Nachfassen von Offerten
  • Angebote bei internationalen Technologiepartnern einholen
  • Stammdatenpflege im ERP (z. B. Navision) und PIM (Artikel, Rabatte, Lieferzeiten)
  • Enger Austausch mit Verkauf, Auftragsabwicklung, Lieferanten und Kundschaft

Qualifikationen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst und der Offertabwicklung
  • Solide MS-Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Dynamics Navision von Vorteil)
  • Technisches Flair und vernetzte, lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Starke Kundenorientierung und hohe Selbstständigkeit
  • Stilsicheres Französisch und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort/Schrift)
