Die Berufsbeistandschaft ist für die Führung von behördlichen Massnahmen im Erwachsenenschutzrecht sowie für die persönliche Hilfe nach Sozialhilfegesetz (ohne wirtschaftliche Sozialhilfe) zuständig. Sie möchten per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung im Tandem eine Berufsbeistandsperson tatkräftig in ihrer Arbeit unterstützen? Dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung!

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Führen von Klientinnen- und Klientenbuchhaltungen (inkl. Zahlungsverkehr und Budget)
  • Evaluieren und geltend machen der Sozial- und Privatversicherungsansprüche
  • Pflegen der elektronischen Dossiers
  • Führen von Korrespondenz
  • Übernehmen von allgemeinen Sekretariatsaufgaben (Telefonate, Postverarbeitung, Empfang, usw.)

Ihr Profil ###

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) zwingend
  • Weiterbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse von MS-Office und idealerweise KLIB
  • Kommunikationsstarke, belastbare Persönlichkeit, welche die Zusammenarbeit in einem kollegialen Team und Mitarbeit in einer Organisation im Wandel schätzt
  • Professioneller, empathischer Umgang mit Menschen in belasteten Lebenssituationen
