Deine Rolle

Als Kaufmännische:r Spezialist:in übernimmst du vielfältige administrative Aufgaben. Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen, wickelst Bestellungen ab und pflegst die Kundenstammdaten. Zudem unterstützt du das Vertriebsteam im Tagesgeschäft.

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Kommunikationsstärke – Du kannst klar, empathisch und professionell kommunizieren
  • Kundendienst\-Erfahrung – Du weisst, wie man Kund:innen betreut und begeistert
  • Vertriebs\-Know\-how – Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in Verkaufsprozessen mit
  • Einkauf \& Beschaffung – Kenntnisse in der Beschaffung von Waren/Dienstleistungen sind ein Plus
  • Kundenmanagement – Du verstehst es, Beziehungen zu pflegen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Fremdsprachen – Jede zusätzliche Sprache ist ein grosses Plus – besonders im internationalen Kundenkontakt
  • Soft Skills – Organisationsstärke, Teamgeist und Eigenverantwortung zeichnen dich aus
  • Ausbildung – Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wird vorausgesetzt
