Kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung Telefonzentrale (m/w/d) – Job Sharing je 50% Deine Hauptaufgaben Bedienung der Telefonzentrale und kompetente Weiterleitung von Anrufen Triage und Bearbeitung von Telefon\- und E\-Mail\-Anfragen Triage der E\-Flow\-Rechnungen Verantwortung für die interne Verteilung von Paketen und Briefen Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses Bestellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitskleidung, Arbeitsschuhen und Büromaterial Diverse administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten, z. B.
