Für unser Distribution Center Europe suchen wir zuverlässige Unterstützung in der kaufmännisch-administrativen Abwicklung im Outbound. Die Position umfasst administrative und koordinierende Aufgaben rund um Auftragssteuerung, Warenfluss, Spedition und Exportabwicklung und ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre aufgrund einer Elternzeitvertretung befristet.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Bearbeitung und Steuerung von Aufträgen im ERP-/WMS-System sowie Überwachung der termingerechten Abwicklung
  • Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen, Speditionen und externen Partnern per E-Mail, Teams und Telefon
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Warenflusses, insbesondere in den Pick- und Packbereichen
  • Betreuung des Lagerverwaltungsprogramms im Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung bei systemseitigen Fragestellungen
  • Bearbeitung von Lieferfehlern sowie Klärung operativer Rückfragen
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden an den Arbeitsplätzen sowie in den Bereichen Spedition und Transportmanagement
  • Organisation und Abwicklung von Exporten inklusive Erstellung und Prüfung der erforderlichen Dokumente
  • Durchführung von Ausfuhranmeldungen für Drittstaaten wie Großbritannien, Schweiz oder Norwegen
  • Bearbeitung von Termin- und Avisierungssendungen über verschiedene Portale
  • Bearbeitung von Expressaufträgen inklusive Tracking
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung im gewerblichen Bereich

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit ersten Kenntnissen in der Speditionsabwicklung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts- oder Lagerverwaltungssystemen von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Exportabwicklung sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office
