Deine Aufgaben

Im Bereich Finance & Controlling suchen wir Praktikant:innen mit einem Flair für Zahlen, die unsere Teams je nach Einsatzgebiet bei folgenden Arbeiten unterstützen:  

  • In der Kreditorenbuchhaltung - von der Rechnungsverarbeitung bis zur Überwachung Skonto
  • In der Debitorenbuchhaltung - von der Fakturierung inklusive Verarbeitung von Inkassogebühren bis zur Bearbeitung von Zahlungsein- und ausgängen
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen der Geschäftsbereiche
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Reportings
  • Bei der Projektbuchhaltung: von der Mutation der Projektstammdaten bis zur Verarbeitung der finanziellen Projekttatbestände
  • Im Frontdesk: von der Bearbeitung von Telefonaten und E-Mails in mehreren Sprachen bis zur Zuteilung von Geschäftsfällen ans Backoffice

 

Weitere Aufgaben können unter anderem sein:

  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Teammeetings und Anlässen
  • Protokollführung in Teammeetings
  • Interne Postverteilung sicherstellen
  • Bearbeiten von Anfragen interner und externer Partner
  • Abklärungen mit Lieferanten und Kunden
