  • Supporto amministrativo e organizzativo ai team HR
  • Allestimento e gestione dei reporting
  • Supporto nell-aggiornamento dei dossier del personale
  • Rilascio di contratti e certificati
  • Trattamento della posta in entrata e della corrispondenza in generale

Altri compiti possono essere:

  • Gestire e ordinare il materiale
  • Allestire e registrare le fatture
  • Organizzare incontri dei team e riunioni
  • Mettere a verbale le riunioni dei team
