Für diese spannenden Stellen bringst du folgende Voraussetzungen mit: 

* Du besuchst eine Handels-/Wirtschaftsmittelschule; du verfügst über einen gymnasialen  Abschluss oder du hast bereits eine Grundausbildung abgeschlossen und möchtest neu oder  wieder in den kaufmännischen Bereich einsteigen * Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten * Sprachgewandtheit und Kenntnisse einer weiteren Landessprache * Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft * Lernbereitschaft und Engagement * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse 

Deine Aufgaben

Im Bereich Empfang suchen wir Praktikanten\*innen mit hoher Gästeorientierung, die unsere Teams je  nach Einsatzgebiet bei folgenden Arbeiten unterstützen: 

* Unterstützung in vielfältigen administrativen und operativen Tätigkeiten * Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen * Bewirtschaftung der Reservationen und Bestellung von Zusatzleistungen * Vorbereiten und Unterhalt von Schulungs- und Sitzungszimmern * Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen inklusive Unterstützung bei der Nutzung der  Meetinginfrastruktur * Bewirtschaftung des Büromaterials 

Weitere Aufgaben können unter anderem sein: 

  • Organisation von Teamanlässen
  • Kontierung und Weiterleitung von Rechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Wartung der Medien und Geräte
