Wir begleiten unsere Kunden mit grosser Motivation bei der Planung und Ausführung von Projekten. Zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams in der Administration suchen wir,

Kaufm. Sachbearbeiter/in (50 – 60 %), im Jobsharing

Deine Aufgaben

* Du bist die herzliche und kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für einen professionellen administrativen Ablauf * Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen * Bedienung der Kundschaft am Empfang (z.B. Verkauf von Ersatzteilen) * Stundenverwaltung der Mitarbeitenden * Verantwortungsvolle Betreuung des gesamten Kreditorenprozesses von der Rechnungskontrolle bis zur Zahlung * Kleinrechnungen erstellen * Unterstützung bei der Betreuung unserer Website und Social\-Media\-Kanäle, allg. Marketingmassnahmen

Was Du mitbringst

  • Kauffrau/ EFZ oder gleichwertige kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gute EDV\-Kenntnisse
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine positive und offene Persönlichkeit
  • Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • Branchen\-Affinität und Freude an schönen Badezimmern von Vorteil
