The posting

Für unser Kebab-Restaurant in St. Gallen suchen wir ab Oktober oder nach Vereinbarung einen erfahrenen und zuverlässigen Mitarbeiter für eine unbefristete 100%-Anstellung.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die selbstständige Zubereitung von Kebab, Dürüm und Pide sowie sämtliche dafür notwendigen Vorbereitungsarbeiten. Sie bereiten die Zutaten für den täglichen Betrieb vor, backen selbstständig Brot und bedienen die Maschine zum Schneiden des Kebabfleisches. Zudem sorgen Sie während und nach dem Betrieb für einen sauberen und hygienischen Arbeitsplatz und übernehmen die anfallenden Reinigungsarbeiten.

Da die Tätigkeit auch direkten Kontakt mit unseren Gästen beinhaltet, nehmen Sie Bestellungen entgegen und treten unseren Kundinnen und Kunden freundlich und gepflegt gegenüber. Auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen und während Stosszeiten arbeiten Sie zuverlässig, schnell und sorgfältig.

Kebab-Koch / Mitarbeiter Gastronomie 100 % (m/w/d)

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kebab- bzw. Gastronomiebranche
  • Erfahrung in der Zubereitung von Kebab, Dürüm und Pide
  • Sicheres und selbstständiges Backen von Brot
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Maschine zum Schneiden von Kebabfleisch
  • Selbstständige Durchführung sämtlicher Vorbereitungsarbeiten
  • Kenntnisse der Hygiene- und Sauberkeitsstandards in der Gastronomie
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und schnelles Arbeiten während Stosszeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Abend-, Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
  • Eine abgeschlossene Kochausbildung ist nicht erforderlich
