Job Description ##

  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung in der Deutschschweiz
  • Aufbau und Entwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Betreuung von Unternehmen aus Logistik, Detailhandel, Lebensmittel- und Distributionsumfeld
  • Identifikation neuer Marktpotenziale und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Beratung zu technischen Lösungen und kundenindividuellen Anforderungen
  • Durchführung von Verkaufsverhandlungen bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen bei der Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends
  • Mitgestaltung der zukünftigen Vertriebs- und Wachstumsstrategie für die Schweiz

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Investitionsgüter-, Transport-, Nutzfahrzeug-, Logistik- oder verwandten Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Vorhandenes Netzwerk zu potenziellen Kunden aus den Bereichen Logistik, Retail, Lebensmitteltransport oder Flottenbetreiber
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, kundenspezifische Anforderungen zu erfassen und in Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz
  • Wohnsitz in der Deutschschweiz
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
