Stellenbeschreibung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Betreuung des zugewiesenen Marktgebiets mit Schwerpunkt auf der Gewinnung neuer Geschäftspartner.
  • Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen sowie Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen in verschiedenen Regionen der Schweiz.
  • Erstellung massgeschneiderter Konzepte und Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Projekte im Objekt\- und Bauumfeld.
  • Fachliche Unterstützung, Beratung und Wissensvermittlung für Handelspartner sowie bestehende Kunden.
  • Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen Kunden, Vertriebspartnern und internen Spezialisten zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Projektabwicklung.
  • Laufende Analyse von Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnissen und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten zur gezielten Weiterentwicklung des Verkaufsgebiets.
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens an Fachmessen, Branchenveranstaltungen und Netzwerk\-Events zur Stärkung der Marktpräsenz.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich, ergänzt durch ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Architektur, Innenarchitektur oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B\-Vertrieb komplexer und beratungsintensiver Produkte sowie projektbezogener Lösungen.
  • Überzeugendes und professionelles Auftreten mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und hoher Kundenorientierung.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen erfolgreich aufzubauen.
  • Hohe Abschlussstärke, Eigeninitiative und Beharrlichkeit bei der Verfolgung von Verkaufsprojekten und Akquisitionszielen.
  • Lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit einem strukturierten und zielgerichteten Arbeitsstil auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse zur Unterstützung der internationalen Zusammenarbeit von Vorteil.
