Die bardusch AG gehört zur internationalen Bardusch Gruppe und zählt zu den Grossen im Textilleasing\-Geschäft. An sieben Standorten in der West\- und Deutschschweiz bereiten unsere ca. 700 Mitarbeitenden täglich rund 100 Tonnen Wäsche auf, d.h. sie wird hygienisch sauber gewaschen, professionell gefaltet, kundenindividuell sortiert und ausgeliefert. Mit dem textilen Komplett\-Service stellt Bardusch seinen Kunden in Gesundheitswesen, Industrie und Hotellerie umfassende Dienstleistungen zur Verfügung.

Key Account Manager 100% ------------------------

Ihre Aufgaben -----------------

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung, Beratung und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Key Accounts
  • Ausbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Identifikation und Realisierung von Cross\- und Upselling\-Potenzialen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Projekten und Reklamationen
  • Erstellung von Offerten sowie Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Markt\- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen, des Sortiments und bei Neuprodukteinführungen
  • Aktive Netzwerkpflege sowie Teilnahme an relevanten Kongressen und Branchenevents

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung und nachweisliche Erfolge im Key Account Management und Verkauf
  • Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld, in der Textilbranche oder in einem vergleichbaren B2B\-Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Lösungsorientierung sowie Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Erfahrung im Koordinieren und Leiten von komplexen Projekten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute IT\- (MS Office) und ERP\-Systemkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fahrausweis Kategorie B
