Für unseren Kunden, ein führendes, international verankertes Unternehmen der Lebensmittelindustrie mit starken und bekannten Marken im Schweizer FMCG-Markt, suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Key Account Teams eine vertriebsstarke, engagierte und marktgewandte Persönlichkeit für eine Festanstellung. In dieser Position verbinden Sie strategische Verantwortung mit operativer Marktnähe, bauen Umsatz sowie Marge gezielt aus und stärken die Marken- sowie Private-Label-Präsenz im Schweizer Handel.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Strategisches Key Account Management: Betreuung und Ausbau eines definierten Kundenportfolios im Schweizer Retail und Grosshandel sowie Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Wachstumsstrategien.
  • Ertrags- & Budgetverantwortung: Volle Verantwortung für Umsatz, Marge, Deckungsbeitrag und Marktanteile inklusive Budget- und Forecast-Planung.
  • Verhandlung & Beziehungsmanagement: Führen von Jahresgesprächen und Konditionenverhandlungen sowie Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Business Development & Markenaufbau: Erschliessung neuer Vertriebskanäle, Kategorien und «White Spots» sowie Ausbau von Distribution, Listungen, Promotionen und dem Private-Label-Geschäft.
  • Analyse & Strategie: Erstellung von Marktanalysen und Reportings zur Steuerung des Kundengeschäfts sowie Beobachtung von Markttrends.
  • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Enger Austausch mit Marketing, Sales Operations und Supply Chain für eine optimale Kundenstrategie und Warenverfügbarkeit.

Qualifikationen

Qualifikationen & Ihr Profil ####

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni in BWL, Marketing o. Ä.) oder eine höhere kaufmännische Weiterbildung (z. B. eidg. Dipl./Fachausweis Verkauf oder Marketing).
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre nachweisbare Erfolge im Key-Account-Management oder Vertrieb, bevorzugt im Schweizer Konsumgüter-/Lebensmittelbereich (FMCG).
  • Markt- & Fachkenntnisse: Fundiertes Know-how und ein starkes Netzwerk im Schweizer Retail/Grosshandel; Erfahrung im Private-Label-Geschäft von Vorteil.
  • Persönlichkeit: Unternehmergeist, hohe Eigenverantwortung, analytische Stärke sowie Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Skills & Projekterfahrung: Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit Erfahrung im bereichsübergreifenden Projektmanagement.
  • Tools & Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Französisch von Vorteil); versierter Umgang mit MS Office (speziell Excel) sowie ERP/CRM (idealerweise SAP) und BI-Tools.
  • Mobilität: Führerausweis Kat. B und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz.
