Was du bewirkst ##

  • Du verantwortest die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer strategischen Partner und Affinity Organisationen und trägst aktiv zum gemeinsamen Wachstum bei
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern identifizierst du Marktpotenziale und entwickelst neue Vertriebschancen
  • Durch deine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und dein Gespür für unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse gelingt es dir, nachhaltige und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen
  • Du koordinierst Vertriebsaktivitäten und Kampagnen und sorgst für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung
  • Geschäftsentwicklungen analysierst du laufend und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungs- und Wachstumsmassnahmen ab
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen stellst du die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Partneranforderungen sicher
  • Bei der Weiterentwicklung von Partnerschaften, Angeboten und Prozessen bringst du eigene Ideen ein und arbeitest aktiv in Projekten und Initiativen mit
  • Verhandlungen, Präsentationen, Workshops sowie der Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern gehören zu deinem abwechslungsreichen Alltag
  • Regelmässige Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz ermöglichen dir den persönlichen Austausch mit unseren Partnern und den Ausbau deines Netzwerks

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Erfahrung im Key Account Management, Partner Management oder Vertrieb
  • Freude daran, Partnerschaften langfristig aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Versicherungskenntnisse oder Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren beratungs- und vertriebsnahen Umfeld
  • Eine strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Bereitschaft, regelmässig innerhalb der Schweiz zu unseren Partnern zu reisen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie von Vorteil Französisch und/oder Englisch
