Wir suchen eine Macherin oder einen Macher, die oder der mit anpackt und uns ab März 2027 als Key Account Manager:in Liegenschaftsverwaltungen für die Kantone ZH, SH, TG, AR, AI und SG unterstützt.

Das sind deine Aufgaben: In dieser Funktion agierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Produkten, Dienstleistungen und unserer Kundschaft in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung. Als Mitarbeiter:in an der Front steht nebst der kompetenten Beratung, die Pflege und der Ausbau unserer Geschäftsbeziehungen im Zentrum deiner Tätigkeit. Du vertrittst unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen für die verbrauchsabhängige Energie- und Wasserkostenabrechnung sowie die zugehörigen App- und Monitoring-Lösungen. Dazu gehört auch die selbstständige Terminvereinbarung und Administration der Arbeiten im Home-Office. In deinem täglichen Schaffen wirst du von unserem motivierten Team und modernsten Arbeitsmitteln unterstützt.

Das bringst du mit: - Abgeschlossene gebäudetechnische Grundausbildung ergänzt durch kaufmännische Erfahrung - Weiterbildung und/oder Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung von Vorteil - Erfahrung im Aussendienst - Sympathische, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit gepflegtem Auftreten und hoher Kundenorientierung - Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise - Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Dein Wohnort befindet sich im Tätigkeitsgebiet
