Emeda ist eine mobile Gruppenpraxis und betreut Patientinnen und Patienten in Alters\- und Pflegeheimen. Unser Ziel ist es, die medizinische Betreuung der Bewohnenden zu vereinfachen.

Impact

In dieser neu geschaffenen Schlüsselposition gestaltest du das Wachstum von Emeda aktiv mit. Du begleitest unsere Kunden \- Alters\- und Pflegeheime \- vom Onboarding bis zur langfristigen Kundenbindung und stellst als zentrale Ansprechperson eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit sicher.

Hauptaufgaben

  • In dieser Rolle begleitest du unsere Neukunden im gesamten Onboarding bis zur erfolgreichen Integration der Dienstleistung.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson pflegst du die Zusammenarbeit mit den Partnereinrichtungen und entwickelst diese durch regelmässigen Austausch nachhaltig weiter.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Heimleitungen, Pflegekräften und dem Emeda Ärzteteam zusammen, um eine qualitativ hochstehende Dienstleistung zu gewährleisten.
  • Durch die klare Vermittlung unserer Prozesse und gezielte Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Fragen stellst du einen optimalen Informationsfluss sicher.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Aus\-/Weiterbildung, idealerweise mit zusätzlicher medizinischer/pflegerischer Aus\-/Weiterbildung.
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen, organisatorische Kenntnisse im Umfeld von Alters\- und Pflegeeinrichtungen, Spitex oder Arztpraxen von Vorteil.
  • Überdurchschnittliche Organisationskompetenzen.
  • Sicheres und kundenorientiertes Denken, Handeln und Auftreten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Pflege\- und Leitungspersonal.
  • Bereitschaft für regelmässige Kundenbesuche in den betreuten Kantonen.
