Du erstellst massgeschneiderte Offerten und Aufträge, betreust Projekte von Anfang bis Ende und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei der Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Eventmaterial. Gleichzeitig repräsentierst du unser Unternehmen bei Networking\-Anlässen, knüpfst wertvolle Kontakte und baust so unser Kundennetzwerk weiter aus. Dank deines Engagements und deiner lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise bietest du unseren Kunden Service auf höchstem Niveau und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens bei. Deine Aufgaben Erstellen von Offerten und Aufträgen telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden direkte Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden am Schalter und im Show\-Room sowie vor Ort in der Location Eigenständige Projektbetreuung für zugewiesene Kunden, inklusive Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen. Teilnahme an Networking\-Anlässen zur Kundenakquise und Pflege von Geschäftskontakten allgemeine administrative Arbeiten Du begleitest Grossprojekte mit vor Ort ink. Logistikkoordination und direkter Ansprechpartner für Kunden Deine Kompetenzen und unsere Anforderungen Spass am Umgang mit Kunden speditive und selbständige Arbeitsweise Freude am Arbeiten im Team Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit bei der Arbeitserledigung Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Erfahrung aus anderen Bereichen gute EDV Kenntnisse (gängige Office\-Programme) Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch (Französisch und Englisch von Vorteil) Bereitschaft während der Saison auch ausserhalb der normalen Arbeitszeiten zu arbeiten.
