Key Account Manager pour l'horlogerie

En tant que représentant.e de CPAutomation SA auprès d'un client clé, vous jouerez un rôle de contact privilégié à tous les niveaux de l'organisation (les cadres supérieurs, les cadres intermédiaires, les chargés de projets, les acheteurs, et autres parties prenantes).

 

Vos responsabilités principales :

 

  • Entretenir et cultiver des relations de confiance avec notre principal client
  • Développer une compréhension approfondie des besoins et des exigences spécifiques du client
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (ingénierie, production, logistique) pour aider le client à définir ses besoins et promouvoir nos solutions
  • Elaborer, présenter et négocier des offres sur mesure, dans le but de conclure des commandes stratégiques
  • Assurer un suivi des interactions commerciales dans notre système CRM
  • Transmettre à la direction les retours marché pertinents pour orienter la stratégie commerciale

 

Votre profil :

 

  • Ingénieur.e HES ou EPF avec spécialisation en robotique, automation industrielle ou microtechnique
  • Expérience confirmée dans le Key Account Management, la vente de produits techniques dans un environnement B2B ou en chefferie de projet technique
  • Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances en anglais
  • Personnalité engagée, organisée, responsable et autonome ayant un excellent sens du relationnel
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
