Wir suchen eine engagierte, motivierte Person als: Kindergärtnerin (w/m/d)

Das bringst du mit

  • Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindern, idealerweise in einem Kindergarten, einer Kindertagesstätte, Schule, Ferienprogramm oder im Hospitality-Bereich
  • Gutes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse und Fähigkeiten von Kindern sowie Erfahrung mit altersgerechten Lern-, Spiel- und Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Gültiger Erste-Hilfe-Kurs für Kinder oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Kreative und vielseitige Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Outdoor-Aktivitäten sowie an Sport, Kunst, Musik und weiteren Freizeitangeboten
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine herzliche, geduldige, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Flexibilität für Einsätze an Wochenenden, Feiertagen und während der Hauptsaison; Erfahrung im internationalen oder gehobenen Hospitality-Umfeld ist von Vorteil

Das gestaltest du bei uns

  • Betreuung und verantwortungsvolle Beaufsichtigung von Kindern im Alter von 4 bis 12 Jahren unter Gewährleistung ihrer Sicherheit und ihres Wohlbefindens
  • Planung und Durchführung abwechslungsreicher, altersgerechter Aktivitäten im Innen- und Aussenbereich, wie Spiele, Basteln, Sport und saisonale Programme
  • Förderung von Kreativität, Lernen und sozialer Interaktion durch abwechslungsreiche und pädagogisch wertvolle Angebote
  • Organisation von thematischen Veranstaltungen und speziellen Aktivitäten für Kinder während Ferienzeiten und besonderen Anlässen
  • Aufbau einer herzlichen und professionellen Beziehung zu den Kindern und ihren Familien sowie kompetenter Umgang mit Gästewünschen
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild des Kids Clubs sowie Kontrolle von Spielmaterialien und Equipment
  • Einhaltung aller Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Notfallvorschriften sowie sorgfältige Führung der erforderlichen Anwesenheits-, Aktivitäts- und Ereignisdokumentationen
