Sozialpädagog\*in / Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ (m/w/d | 90%) ##

Per 1. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung (befristet bis 31.08.2027)

Der Inselhof ist ein Kompetenzzentrum für Kinder, Mütter und belastete Familien mit sich ergänzenden (teil-)stationären und ambulanten Angeboten für unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse.

Das Kinderhaus umfasst vier Wohngruppen für je acht Kinder von 0-9 Jahren, die aufgrund einer Massnahme der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB) platziert wurden. Die interne Spielgruppe, der Vorkindergarten, die Psychotherapie und das Malatelier vervollständigen das Angebot.

Das bringst du mit: ###

  • Anerkannter Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik HF/FH oder Sozialer Arbeit FH oder Abschluss als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung Kind EFZ mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse des Kindsschutzes, bzw. Bereitschaft, sich diese anzueignen
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im stationären Bereich mit Säuglingen und Kleinkindern
  • Interesse und Herzblut für die Arbeit mit komplexen Familiensystemen und Motivation, Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung traumasensibel zu unterstützen
  • Humor und Gelassenheit, die du auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen nicht verlierst sowie Motivation, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit

Deine Aufgaben: ###

  • Mitgestaltung und Organisation des Gruppenalltags
  • Koordinierte Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Psychotherapeut\innen, Eltern und Aussensystemen (z. B. Kindergarten, Schule, Beiständ\innen, KESB)
  • Säuglings- und Kleinkindpflege
  • Teilnahme an Gruppen- und gruppenübergreifenden Lagern
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen, Supervisionen und traumapädagogischen Intervisionen
  • Wochenenddienste, unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten zwischen 7:00 und 21:00 Uhr sowie drei bis vier Nachtdienste (Pikett vor Ort) pro Monat
  • Haushälterische und administrative Tätigkeiten
