Der Inselhof ist ein Kompetenzzentrum für Kinder, Mütter und belastete Familien mit sich ergänzenden (teil-)stationären und ambulanten Angeboten für unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse.

Das Kinderhaus umfasst vier Wohngruppen für je acht Kinder von 0-9 Jahren. Die Tagesstruktur Plus ist unser Familienergänzendes, teilstationäre Angebot. Die Platzierungen erfolgen in der Regel aufgrund einer Massnahme der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB). Die interne Spielgruppe, der Vorkindergarten, die Psychotherapie und das Malatelier vervollständigen das Angebot.

  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit (Klein-)Kindern und Interesse an ihrer Entwicklung
  • Ein positiv geprägtes und wertschätzendes Menschenbild
  • Teamgeist sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Humor, Kreativität, Bodenständigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen und unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten
  • Mindestalter 19-20 Jahre

Deine Aufgaben: ###

  • Alltagsgestaltung und Betreuung der Kinder im Alter von 0-9 Jahren
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Administrative und haushälterische Aufgaben
  • Nachtpikett- sowie Wochenenddienste

  • Fachliche Begleitung durch eine qualifizierte Person
