Dezember 2026 Stellenbeschrieb Der Verein Kindertagesstätte Niederurnen nachfolgend «Chindervilla Niederurnen» ist eine professionell geführte Kindertagesstätte, die im Jahr 2008 eröffnet wurde. Es werden täglich ca. 24 Kinder auf zwei altersgemischten Kindergruppen im Alter ab 3 Monaten bis zum Übertritt in den Kindergarten betreut.   Wir suchen per 01. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als   KITA-Leitung 60%   Deine Aufgaben: Pädagogische, organisatorische, administrative und personelle Leitung der KITA Fähigkeit, betriebswirtschaftliche Grundsätze mit den pädagogischen Bedürfnissen zu verbinden Eigenverantwortung in der Führung der Mitarbeitenden Schaffung eines positiven und bereichernden Umfelds für Kinder, Eltern und Mitarbeitende Pflege und Ausbau einer vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Vorstand und Behörden Sicherstellung der Qualität und Weiterentwicklung der Betreuungsangebote regelmässige Mitarbeit im Betreuungsalltag der KITA   Dein Profil: sympathische und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit abgeschlossener pädagogischer Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im pädagogischen und administrativen Bereich Hohe Zuverlässigkeit sowie ziel- und lösungsorientiertes Handeln Belastbarkeit, Loyalität, Selbstständigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein hohe Kommunikations-, Konflikt- und Reflexionsfähigkeit fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung pädagogischer Konzepte   Wir bieten: gute Infrastruktur mit hellen Räumen in einer ehemaligen Fabrikantenvilla mit grossem Garten an bester Lage motiviertes, junges Team abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem wertschätzenden Arbeitsumfeld Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen und Konzepte aktiv einzubringen und umzusetzen Unterstützung vom und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vereinsvorstand zeitgemäss Anstellungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen Möglichkeit zur Festanstellung in einer anderen Rolle   Kontakt: Für weitere Informationen steht Dir Magnus Oeschger, gerne unter 079 353 49 54 zur Verfügung.
