Aufgaben ###

Als Klassenlehrperson sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Gestaltung und Durchführung von handlungs-orientiertem Unterricht gemäss Lehrplan 21, der sowohl im Klassenzimmer als auch im Freien stattfindet. Sie erstellen und verantworten die individuellen Bildungs- und Förderplanungen für die Schüler:innen und erstellen fachspezifische Berichte und Beurteilungen. Zusammen mit den Sozialpädagog:innen integrieren Sie Rituale und Strukturen in den Schulalltag und bieten somit Ihren Schüler:innen Sicherheit sowie Orientierung. Bezugspersonenarbeit wie auch das Führen von schulischen Standortgesprächen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet. Sie sind in regelmässigem Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit der Schulleitung, dem Pädagogischem Team, den Eltern sowie mit Fachinstanzen und nehmen an Sitzungen und Anlässen teil.

Anforderungen ###

Sie verfügen über ein Diplom zur/zum schulischen Heilpädagog:in oder ein Diplom als Lehrer:in. Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im Unterrichten an einer besonderen Volksschule. Sie sind begeisterungsfähig, arbeiten selbstständig und haben Freude kreative und unkonventionelle Lösungen zu suchen. Ihnen ist es wichtig, sich regelmässig zu reflektieren und die bestmögliche Förderung, auch unter Anpassung der Lehrmethode, zu gewährleisten. Sie sind sich interdisziplinäres und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten gewohnt, stellen sich gerne herausfordernden Situationen und haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern.
