Pädagogische Förderung und Begleitung der anvertrauten Kinder Gestaltung eines alters- und interessenorientierten Tagesablaufes für Kinder Unterstützung bei der Entwicklungsdokumentation der Kinder anhand von Portfolios Gestaltung einer Erziehungspartnerschaft mit den Familien Gestaltung von Ausflügen und Elternaktivitäten Aktive Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen Gestalten einer wertschätzenden, familiären Arbeitsatmosphäre Was solltest Du mitbringen?
