Als Weiterbildungsklinik der Kategorie A für Allgemeine Innere Medizin verbinden wir eine breite klinische Versorgung mit hoher fachlicher Spezialisierung und einem dynamischen interdisziplinären Umfeld. Jährlich betreuen wir rund 3'500 stationäre Patientinnen und Patienten. In unserem interdisziplinären Notfallzentrum versorgen wir zudem über 30'000 Patientinnen und Patienten pro Jahr - vielseitig und mit hoher medizinischer Qualität.  Unser Leistungsspektrum umfasst Akutgeriatrie, Angiologie, Endokrinologie, Gastroenterologie, Kardiologie, Nephrologie, Neurologie, Onkologie und Pneumologie, deren Ambulatorien eine wichtige Säule der spezialärztlichen Versorgung in der Region darstellen.  ###

Das erwartet Dich

  • Du unterstützt die Klinikleitung bei der operativen und strategischen Steuerung der Klinik und bringst dich aktiv in organisatorische und betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen ein
  • Du analysierst und optimierst Prozesse und Schnittstellen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Teams effiziente und zukunftsorientierte Lösungen
  • Du wirkst bei Budget, Forecast, Controlling und Reporting mit und schaffst mit aussagekräftigen Analysen fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für interdisziplinäre  Projekte sowie Transformations- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozesse und begleitest diese von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung
  • Du gestaltest die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Klinik und mit zentralen Bereichen wie IT, HR und Finanzen aktiv mit, sorgst für einen guten Informationsfluss und unterstützt die Klinikleitung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung und Koordination wichtiger Themen und Sitzungen

Damit bringst Du uns weiter

  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss (FH/Universität) in Gesundheitsmanagement, Gesundheitsökonomie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, vorzugsweise in einem Akutspital, sowie Erfahrungen in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerung und Organisationsentwicklung mit
  • Du denkst strategisch und analytisch, gehst sicher mit Kennzahlen, Budget- und Controllinginstrumenten um und verstehst es, daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in Projekt- und Veränderungsmanagement mit
  • Du bist organisationsstark, kommunikationssicher und vernetzt denkend und schaffst es, unterschiedliche Perspektiven und Interessen zusammenzubringen und Veränderungen erfolgreich voranzutreiben
  • Du überzeugst mit Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und Hands-on-Mentalität: Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bleibst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen souverän und bringst Themen pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert ins Ziel
