Klinische Fachverantwortung Pflege 100%

Das Wohn- und Pflegezentrum Tertianum Bubenholz in Glattbrugg bietet 59 hindernisfreie Seniorenwohnungen mit à-la-carte-Dienstleistungen und 43 Einzel-Pflegezimmer. Das Bubenholz liegt nur 200 Meter vom Stadtzentrum von Opfikon/Glattbrugg entfernt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Komplexe Pflegesituationen (z.B. Palliative Care, Validation, etc.) selbstständig als Bezugsperson Pflege übernehmen, den Pflegeprozess erstellen, zusammen mit FaGe Mitarbeitern erarbeiten und umsetzen
  • Klinische Situationen einschätzen und adäquate Massnahmen ableiten
  • Anleitung und Coaching von Fachpersonen und SRK-Mitarbeitenden
  • Schulungen und Vorträge für interne Mitarbeiter
  • Unterstützung der LPB bei Bettendisposition und Aufnahmeprozess
  • Zusammen mit LPB MQIs überprüfen und Massnahmen für das Pflegeteam ableiten
  • Aktuelle Pflege Konzepte in der Praxis zusammen mit Team umsetzen (Schmerz, Demenz, Mangelernährung Wundversorgung, etc.)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Pflegefachausbildung HF oder FH bzw. gleichwertiges, vom SRK anerkanntes Diplom
  • 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in der Langzeitpflege
  • Freude am Anleiten und Begleiten sowie ausgeprägte Coachingfähigkeiten
  • RAI- und Care Coach Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
