Unsere Spitalapotheke stellt die Versorgung der Spitäler Schaffhausen mit Arzneimitteln und Medizinprodukten sicher. Es werden individuell für die Patientinnen und Patienten Zytostatika oder Mischungen für die parenterale Schmerztherapie hergestellt. Austretende oder ambulante Patientinnen und Patienten können ihre Rezepte in der hauseigenen Publikumsapotheke einlösen. Die klinischen Pharmazeuten/innen unterstützen die Ärzteschaft bei der Wahl der Arzneimitteltherapie und beraten bezüglich Dosierungsanpassungen oder Interaktionen. In Zukunft sollen im Rahmen von Unit Dose alle Verordnungen pharmazeutisch validiert werden. Dafür schaffen wir eine neue Stelle und suchen Dich zur Verstärkung unseres Teams! ###

Das erwartet Dich

  • Mitarbeit im Aufbau und Implementierung der pharmazeutischen Verordnungsvalidierung
  • Beteiligung an interdisziplinären Projekten innerhalb des Spitals
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Arzneimitteln und Medizinprodukten sowie Validierung von Bestellungen ausserhalb des Sortimentes
  • Mitverantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement der Spitalapotheke
  • Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft der Spitalapotheke ohne Pikettdienst

Damit bringst Du uns weiter

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pharmazie sowie Fachtitel klinische Pharmazie FPH, Weiterbildung zur Fachapotheker/in Spitalpharmazie von Vorteil
  • Freude am interdisziplinären Austausch und der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse
  • Eigenverantwortliches, selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Teamfähige, kommunikative, belastbare und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Initiative zur Weiterentwicklung der Spitalapotheke
