KMG Messtechniker / CMM Engineer

Verantwortlichkeiten * Erstellen und optimieren von Offline-Messprogrammen auf Basis von CAD-Modellen mit Mitutoyo-Systemen. * Durchführen taktiler und scannender 3D-Messungen sowie Sicherstellen der fachgerechten Durchführung durch KMG-Operateure. * Unterstützen und begleiten von Abweichungs-, Korrektur- und Verbesserungsprozessen in der Fertigung und bei Lieferanten. * Beraten und unterstützen interner Fachbereiche in allen messtechnischen und prozessbezogenen Fragestellungen. * Fördern des fachlichen Austauschs, der Zusammenarbeit und des Know-how-Transfers innerhalb der Mess- und Fertigungstechnik. * Mitwirken bei der Einführung neuer Produkte, einschließlich der Erstellung produktspezifischer Fertigungsprüfpläne. * Durchführen von Erstmessungen und Validieren der Messergebnisse im Rahmen von Neuprodukteinführungen. * Anwenden statistischer Methoden (SPC) zur Überwachung, Steuerung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen. * Nutzen von Statistik- und Qualitätssoftware, insbesondere Q-DAS, zur Analyse und Auswertung von Prozessdaten. * Unterstützen und fachliches Anleiten von KMG-Operateuren im Tagesgeschäft.

Qualifikationen * Technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Zerspanungstechnik. * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie vorzugsweise gute Englischkenntnisse. * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Koordinatenmesstechnik, KMG-Programmierung und im Umgang mit optischen Prüfsystemen, idealerweise mit Mitutoyo-Systemen. * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Zeichnungen, insbesondere hinsichtlich Form- und Lagetoleranzen. * Gute Materialkenntnisse, insbesondere in den Bereichen Aluminium und Chromstahl. * Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Mathematik und darstellender Geometrie sowie ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen. * Gute Kenntnisse einschlägiger Normen und Qualitätsanforderungen. * Hohe Selbstständigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, KMG-Operateure fachlich zu unterstützen. * Ausgeprägte Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen. * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten im technischen Umfeld. * Weiterbildung im Bereich ISO GPS von Vorteil. * Erfahrung mit Model Based Definition (MBD) von Vorteil. * Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb.
