Dann werde Teil unseres eingespielten Teams im Service Center und gestalte mit uns die Zukunft der HBL. Deine Aufgaben Übernahme und Abwicklung von KMU\-Eröffnungen aus der digitalen Onboardingstrecke im Service Center Abwicklung von administrativen Aufgaben: Eröffnung von Kapitaleinzahlungskonten, Eröffnungen von Geschäftsbeziehungen für KMU‘s, Bearbeitung von schriftlichen Anfragen sowie Aufträgen, inklusive Abwicklung von kundenbezogenen Pendenzen sowie Durchführung von Abklärungen im telefonischen Kundenkontakt Was du mitbringst Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise Bankausbildung (z.B. CYP) Berufserfahrung entlang des gesamten KMU\-Prozesses (End\-to\-End) Kenntnisse im Umgang mit regulatorischen Vorschriften (OR, VSB, AIA / FATCA) Analytische Fähigkeiten, effektive Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenmotivation \& Kundenorientierung Affinität für digitale Kanäle von Vorteil Teamplayer mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und ösisch zwingend, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil Unser Angebot Du entscheidest, wo du heute arbeitest – und gestaltest mit uns, wo wir morgen sind.
