Der Gasthof Rössli Würenlos ist eine traditionsreiche, preisgekrönte Genusslocation im Herzen von Würenlos. Unter neuer, ambitionierter Führung kombinieren wir Persönlichkeit und Perfektion mit einem Hauch Tradition. Unsere Küche steht für eine internationale moderne Ausrichtung, verfeinert mit innovativen Eigenkreationen und getragen von hochwertigen, saisonalen Schweizer Produkten. Neben dem lebhaften À-la-carte-Service schätzen uns unsere Gäste für erstklassige Bankette, Feiern und Events.Zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Küchenteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine leidenschaftliche, kreative und qualitätsbewusste Persönlichkeit.

🎯 Ihre AufgabenKulinarische Umsetzung: Selbstständiges Führen eines Küchenpostens (Garde-Manger, Entremetier oder Saucier) im À-la-carte- und Bankett-Service.

Qualitätssicherung: Fachgerechte Vor- und Zubereitung (Mise en Place) sowie repräsentatives, exaktes Anrichten aller Speisen auf hohem Niveau.

Kreative Mitwirkung: Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der Entwicklung neuer Gerichte, saisonaler Menüs (Kartenwechsel alle zwei Monate) und innovativer Specials.

Warenwirtschaft: Sorgsamer, wirtschaftlicher und nachhaltiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Ressourcen.

Hygiene & Sauberkeit: Strikte Einhaltung und Umsetzung der HACCP-Richtlinien, Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften und der allgemeinen Betriebshygiene.

📋 Ihr Anforderungsprofil Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Koch/Köchin EFZ (oder gleichwertige anerkannte Ausbildung).Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen oder modernen À-la-carte-Gastronomie;

Erfahrung im Bankettbereich ist ein grosses Plus.Fachkompetenz: Versierter Umgang mit frischen, saisonalen Produkten und modernen Kochtechniken.Persönlichkeit: Sie sind teamfähig, flexibel, belastbar in Spitzenzeiten und zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail aus.

Sprachen: Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Zusammenarbeit im Team und Rezepturverständnis).
