Exklusiv für Eldora, welche grosse Personalkantinen in Zürich betreibt, suchen wir Sie als

Koch 100 % (m/w)

Montag bis Freitag 6.00 bis 15.00 Uhr

  • Zubereitung von Speisen nach Menüplänen in der kalten und waren Küche sowie Desserts
  • Vorbereitung von Banketten und Aperitifs
  • Auf allen Posten einsetzbar seinKontrolle der Lagerbestände und Warenlieferungen
  • Organisation von Arbeitsabläufen in der Küche
  • Mise en place und Vorbereitung für den Service
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften (HACCP, HACCP-konforme Arbeitsweise)
  • Küchen- und Gerätepflege, Reinigung gemäss Reinigungsplänen
  • Schöpfen am Gast während des Mittagsservice
  • Berufsausbildung als Koch EBA oder EFZ
  • Das Betreibungsregister muss sauber sein. Essenziell für einen festen Vertrag
  • Deutschkenntnisse müssen C 1 sein und Englischkenntnisse B 1. Darauf legt der Kunde sehr viel wert
  • Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie, sowie vorne im Umgang mit Gäste sind wichtig
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute körperliche BelastbarkeitWir bieten:
