Das Netzwerk des Vereins Schweizer Jugendherbergen besteht aus 43 eigenen und 7 Partner-Jugendherbergen, die vom romantischen Schloss über den städtischen Design-Betrieb bis zum Wellnesshostel reichen. Die Nonprofit-Organisation erzielt jährlich rund 820'000 Logiernächte. Im Fokus steht der qualitätsbewusste, nachhaltige und preisgünstige Jugend- und Familientourismus.

Für unsere Jugendherberge in Davos suchen wir zur Wintersaison 2026/27 eine/n KOCH / KÖCHIN, 60-100% MIT ALLROUND-FUNKTION Deine Aufgaben • Verantwortung für Küchenorganisation und das gesamte F&B-Angebot • Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen sowie Durchführung von Bestellungen • Kochen eines einfachen, abwechslungsreichen 3-Gang-Menüs mit frischen, regionalen Produkten • Vorbereitung, Betreuung und Nachbereitung des Frühstücksbuffets • Einhaltung und Sicherstellung der Hygienevorschriften gemäss HACCP inkl. Reinigungsarbeiten • Mithilfe in verschiedenen Bereichen, inkl. Küche und Abwasch • Verantwortung für Sicherheitsbelange im Betrieb (KOPAS) • Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung in organisatorischen und operativen Aufgaben • Ansprechperson für Gäste und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft

Dein Profil • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin und entsprechende Erfahrung in der Küche • Du hast Freude am Kochen und Erfahrung in der Zubereitung von Speisen • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bringst Organisationstalent sowie Eigeninitiative mit • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und bist pünktlich • Du stellst den Gast konsequent in den Mittelpunkt und handelst serviceorientiert • Du bist teamorientiert und flexibel einsetzbar, sowie offen für Einsätze im gesamten Betrieb • Unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten, Wochenend- und Abenddienste sowie Zimmerstunden sind für dich kein Problem
