Deine Hauptaufgaben: o Vorbereitung, Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen auf dem zugewiesenen Posten o Unterstützung des Küchenchefs im Tagesgeschäft, bei Banketten und Veranstaltungen o Mitarbeit auf allen Küchenposten o aktiver Informationsaustausch mit dem Küchenchef betreffend Warenbestellung und Lagerbewirtschaftung o Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Inventuren und Warenkontrollen o Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien o Vorbereitung und Zubereitung von frischen, saisonalen Gerichten o Moderne Interpretation klassischer Schweizer Gerichte

Dein Profil: o Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung o Freude an der Schweizer Küche und an der modernen Interpretation von Klassikern o Leidenschaft für frische, saisonale und hochwertige Produkte o Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise in einem kleinen Team o Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Freude daran, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten o Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch o Kreativität und Lust, eigene Ideen einzubringen o Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse sind für die tägliche Kommunikation im Team Voraussetzung. Deutsch, Französisch oder Englisch können gleichermassen deine Muttersprache sein, da die Geschäftsleitung alle drei Sprachen fliessend spricht. o Freude daran, ein neues, junges Team zu ergänzen und gemeinsam etwas aufzubauen
