Deine Aufgabe Du führst die Küche eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst. Du kochst für Hotelgäste, Tagesgäste und kleinere Gruppen. Deine Küche ist klar, bodenständig und absolut wirtschaftlich gedacht. Du arbeitest mit einfachen, ehrlichen Produkten, planst sauber und gehst bewusst mit Waren um.

Du setzt das kulinarische Konzept des Hauses um und entwickelst es im Rahmen der Vorgaben gemeinsam mit den Betreibern weiter. Die Zusammenarbeit ist eng, direkt und auf Augenhöhe. Entscheidungen werden gemeinsam getragen und pragmatisch umgesetzt. Ob für wenige Gäste oder einen gut gefüllten Gastraum – Du behältst Ruhe, Qualität und Ordnung.

Was Du mitbringst Du bist gelernter Koch EFZ und / oder verfügst über fundierte praktische Erfahrung, idealerweise auch als Alleinkoch. Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert. Wirtschaftliches Denken ist für Dich selbstverständlich. Du kannst aus dem Vorhandenen etwas Gutes machen und schätzt klare Abläufe statt Improvisationsstress. Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein in Bezug auf Hygiene, Sauberkeit und Organisation ist zwingend. Erfahrung in der Berg oder Landgastronomie ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
