Das Bistro zum Schauenegg, ein Ort für jedermann, überzeugt mit Bodenständigkeit und Schweizer Tradition. Der neue Barockgarten wurde nach historischem Vorbild umgestaltet und liefert der Küche frische Kräuter, Gemüse und Obst.

Das können Sie bieten: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch EFZ oder langjährige Erfahrung - Fundierte Kenntnisse in der traditionellen Schweizer Küche wie zum Besipiel: - Fondue und Raclette - Rösti und Pasta - Braten und Geschnetzeltes - Geschicklichkeit als Alleinkoch/Köchin oder die Fähigkeit eine Küche selbstständig zu führen - Sicheres Arbeiten, auch während stark frequentierter Servicezeiten - Kompetent in der sachgerechten Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln - Sie sind kreativ und bringen Ihre eigenen Ideen und Kreationen ein - Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse

Ihre spannenden Hauptaufgaben: Wenn Sie selbstständig anpacken, zuverlässig sind und gerne traditionelle und ehrliche Gerichte auf den Teller zaubern, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

  • Selbstständige Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe und vorraushauende Planung
  • Zubereitung traditioneller Schweizer und gutbürgerliche Gerichte
  • Planung und Gestaltung des Angebots in Absprache mit dem Küchenchef und Betriebsleiterteam
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität und ansprechenden Präsentation der Speisen
  • Vorbereitung und Mise en Place
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Hygiene- und Lebensmittelvorschriften
  • Kontrolle der Bestände, sowie kostenbewusster Umgang mit den Lebensmitteln
  • Unterstützung an anderen Arbeitsplätzen in der Küche nach Bedarf
