Die Holenstein Gastro AG ist ein erfolgreiches Familienunternehmen mit 13 vielseitigen Gastronomiebetrieben in und um Zürich. Ob zünftige Bierhalle, lebhafte Sportsbar, gemütliches Pub, Landgasthof oder idyllisches Seerestaurant – wir zählen seit 1983 zu einer festen Grösse in der Zürcher Gastro\-Szene.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung leidenschaftliche Koch\-Talente auf verschiedenen Hierarchiestufen. Bei uns musst du dich nicht vorab auf ein einziges Konzept festlegen: Im persönlichen Gespräch finden wir gemeinsam heraus, welcher unserer Betriebe und welche Position (Koch, Chef de Partie oder Sous Chef) perfekt zu deinen Stärken und Interessen passt!

Deine Aufgaben bei uns (je nach Position \& Betrieb):

  • Küchenhandwerk: Selbstständiges Arbeiten auf dem zugewiesenen Posten (warme und kalte Küche) sowie die fachgerechte Zubereitung frischer Speisen für das À\-la\-carte\- und Bankettgeschäft.
  • Mise\-en\-place: Sorgfältiges Richten des täglichen Mise\-en\-place für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf.
  • Kreativität: Einbringen von eigenen Ideen bei der täglichen Menüplanung und Gestaltung von saisonalen Köstlichkeiten.
  • Qualität \& Sauberkeit: Konsequente Einhaltung und Überwachung der Hygienevorschriften laut HACCP sowie allgemeine Reinigungs\- und Aufräumarbeiten.
  • Führung (speziell als Sous Chef): Unterstützung bei der operativen Küchenleitung, Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheit und Mitorganisation der täglichen Abläufe im Team.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Kochlehre und fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie (passend zur angestrebten Stufe als Koch, Chef de Partie oder Sous Chef).
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist eine aufmerksame, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du denkst gast\- und serviceorientiert und überzeugst durch eine zuverlässige, flexible sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sprachen: Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich.
