Koch im Pensum von 80% \- 100%* *Jobbeschreibung

* Selbstständige Herstellung von kalten und warmen Gerichten * Tatkräftige Mithilfe bei der Zubereitung und Produktion von feinen Desserts * Frische und ansprechende Produktion von Sandwiches für das Tagesgeschäft * Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Banketten sowie Aperitifs. * Aktive Mithilfe bei der abwechslungsreichen üplanung. * Kompetente und freundliche Ausgabe der Mahlzeiten an unsere Gäste. * Konsequente Durchführung der Hygienekontrollen nach HACCP\-Richtlinien. * Fachgerechte Kontrolle und Reinigung der Küchengeräte sowie der gesamten Küchenräumlichkeiten. * Zuverlässige Kontrolle der Lagerbestände und der eingehenden Warenlieferungen * Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Abwicklung von Lieferantenbestellungen. Gesuchtes Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch EFZ * Deutsch mind. C2 und Englisch B1 * Fachgerechte Zubereitung und Bereitstellung von Speisen mit modifizierten Texturen * Ausgeprägte Teamarbeit und Freude am gemeinsamen Erfolg im Küchenalltag * Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise * Hohe Stresstoleranz und die Fähigkeit, auch in Spitzenzeiten einen kühlen zu bewahren. * Offene, klare und adressatengerechte Kommunikation im Team * Hoher Qualitätsanspruch mit viel Liebe zum Detail bei der Zubereitung und Präsentation.
