The posting

Das *Hotel Sommerau ist mit 74 Zimmern und über 140 Restaurantplätzen das grösste Hotel in Chur. Die Kundschaft setzt sich aus internationalen Geschäfts- und Privatgästen sowie Gruppenreisenden zusammen. Auf der Speisekarte stehen regionale Spezialitäten, mediterrane Klassiker und frische, saisonale Speisen. Das *Hotel Sommerau beschäftigt rund 35-40 Mitarbeitende.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung für eine Jahresstelle ein/eine Koch/Köchin.

Deine Aufgaben: - selbständiges Arbeiten in der warmen und kalten Küche - Kochen und Anrichten der Speisen - Einhalten der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards - Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und am Kochen

Unsere Anforderungen: - Du kochst mit Liebe und Leidenschaft, bist kreativ und innovativ - Du arbeitest selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst - Du bist zuverlässig und ein Teamplayer - Eine saubere, strukturierte und speditive Arbeitsweise liegt Dir - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache
