Als Küchenmitarbeiter\*in im VIP-Bereich unterstützt du das Küchenteam bei der Vorbereitung, Produktion und Ausgabe von Speisen für Gäste im Hospitality- und VIP-Umfeld. Du trägst dazu bei, dass an Spieltagen und bei Events ein qualitativ hochwertiges, sauberes und effizientes Verpflegungsangebot sichergestellt ist.

Was du bewegst * Du bist für die Vor- und Zubereitung von kalten und warmen Speisen für die VIP-Gäste verantwortlich * Gemeinsam mit dem Küchenteam stellst du eine erstklassige Qualität sowie eine ansprechende Präsentation der Speisen sicher * Unterstützung bei Buffets und Banketten * Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards gemäss HACCP setzt du konsequent und verantwortungsbewusst um. * Lebensmittel lagerst du fachgerecht und achtest auf einen sorgfältigen und nachhaltigen Umgang mit unseren Produkten

Was du mitbringst * Bildung: Abgeschlossene Grund- oder Weiterbildung * Fachrichtung: als Koch/Köchin * Berufserfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, vorteilsweise im Catering oder in der Eventbranche * Du hast eine hohe Bereitschaft für eine flexible Einsatzplanung und bist dich gewohnt an unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten * Du hast Freude im Umgang mit frischen Lebensmitteln * Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und überzeugst durch eine selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise * Deutsch (B1)
