Koch / Köchin 80\\-100 % Für unseren Cateringbetrieb in Zürich suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Köchin oder einen engagierten Koch zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. Wir sind keine klassische Restaurantküche, sondern produzieren täglich in grösseren Mengen für öffentliche und private Schulen und Betreuungseinrichtungen. Unsere frisch zubereiteten, abwechslungsreichen Mittagsmenüs sollen Charakter haben. Suppen und Saucen produzieren wir von Grund auf selbst, und wir legen grossen Wert auf Frischprodukte, frische Kräuter und eine sorgfältige Zubereitung. Koch / Köchin 80\\-100 % ======================== \\Deine Aufgaben\\ ------------------ \* Mise en Place und Produktion der Mittagsmenüs im Team \* Planung und Produktion der verschiedenen Diätmenüs \* Portionieren, Regenerieren und Bereitstellen der Menüs für die Auslieferung \* Warenannahme und Bewirtschaftung des Lagers \* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung auf dem zugeteilten Posten \* Mitarbeit beim Abwasch sowie bei allgemeinen Aufräum\\- und Reinigungsarbeiten -- bei uns beteiligen sich alle daran \* Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Hygiene\\- und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien \\Das bringst du mit\\ ---------------------- Du verfügst idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ oder bringst vergleichbare Fachkenntnisse mit, die du dir durch ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der Küche angeeignet hast. Du arbeitest zuverlässig, sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst und bist es gewohnt, auch bei grösseren Mengen organisiert und selbstständig zu arbeiten.
