Mit People’s fliegen Sie schnell & komfortabel nach Wien und während den Sommermonaten zu zahlreichen Feriendestinationen. Der Regi-onalflughafen mit dem Flughafenrestaurant WINGS liegt direkt am Bodensee und mitten im Vierländereck Schweiz, Österreich, Liechtenstein und Deutschland.

Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung zur Verstärkung unserer Gastro-Abteilung eine/n:

Koch / Köchin (80% - 100%)

IHRE AUFGABEN Sie sind Teil eines engagierten Küchenteams im dynamischen Flugbetrieb und begeistern unsere Gäste im Restaurant WINGS sowie im Cateringbereich für Airline- und Business-Aviation-Kunden mit hochwertigen Speisen.

- Fachgerechte Vor- und Zubereitung von Mittagsmenüs sowie à la carte Gerichten - Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten in sämtlichen Küchenbereichen inklusive Mise en Place - Kreative Zubereitung hochwertiger Speisen für Linien-, Charter-, und Business Aviation Kunden - Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Küchenbetrieb gemeinsam mit dem Team - Gewährleistung und konsequente Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards - Bereitstellung und Auslieferung der Catering-Trolleys mit dem betriebsinternen Fahrzeug direkt an die Flugzeuge - Unterstützung bei Warenbestellungen und Warenkontrolle - Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben wie Bestellabwicklung per E-Mail (Deutsch & Englisch), Abrechnungen und Dokumentationen

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung - Leidenschaft für das Kochen mit frischen Zutaten - Teamorientierte, flexible sowie belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Humor und Sinn fürs Detail - Gepflegtes und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten - Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse - Einwandfreier Leumund (Strafregisterauszug obligatorisch) - Führerausweis Kategorie B
