Die Stiftung dreischiibe ist ein innovatives, gemeinnützig soziales Unternehmen. In unserem vielseitigen Dienstleistungs- und Gewerbezentrum in Herisau, St. Gallen und Flawil schaffen wir für Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung berufliche und persönliche Perspektiven an 220 Arbeits-, Ausbildungs- und Integrationsplätzen. Im Tageszentrum und im Begegnungszentrum fördern wir soziale Integration mit 63 Besucherplätzen.

Unser Café Restaurant sowie das Mitarbeiterrestaurant in Herisau sind Tagesbetriebe und von Montag bis Freitag geöffnet. Wir pflegen eine marktfrische, regionale und saisonale Küche mit einem grossen Frische-Fertigungsgrad.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Gastro-Fachteams in Herisau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Koch/Köchin als Gruppenleiter/in 60% befristet bis April 2027 Pensum 60% an 3 Tagen mit durchgehender Tagesschicht

Deine Aufgaben • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Produktion sowie im Tagesgeschäft Ala Carte • Anleiten und Führen von Mitarbeitenden an begleiteten Arbeitsplätzen • Planen und organisieren der Küchenabläufe unter Einbezug der Mitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Gruppenleitern • Aktive Mithilfe bei Caterings oder Bankettanlässen ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten, Abends und am Wochenende • Qualitätskontrolle von Speisen sowie Einhaltung und Überwachung von HACCP

Dein Profil • Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ mit mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung • Erfahrung in der À la Carte Küche • Agogische Zusatzausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im sozialen Bereich • Führungserfahrung in kleineren Teams und hohe Sozialkompetenz • Freude und Begeisterungsfähigkeit am Kochen • Flexibilität, Eisatzbereitschaft ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten abends oder am Wochenende. • Einfühlungsvermögen und respektvoller Umgang mit Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen sowie die Fähigkeit und Freude zur entsprechenden Förderung • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office Programme • Führerschein Kat. B
