The posting

Ihr Aufgabengebiet setzt sich im Wesentlichen wie folgt zusammen:

  • Fachgerechte Zubereitung der Speisen für unsere Bewohnenden, Gäste und Mitarbeitenden
  • Umsetzung der neuesten Kochmethoden und Einhaltung der guten Herstellungspraxis
  • Bereitschaft, einen Lernenden zu übernehmen, Betreuung und Begleitung bis zum Qualifikationsverfahren
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung und Bereitschaft zur Tagesverantwortung bei Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs
  • Führung von Küchen\- und Officemitarbeitenden in der Tagesverantwortung
  • Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei Bestellungen und der Warenlagerung
  • EInhaltung des HACCP\-Konzepts und der Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien

Sie bringen folgendes mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin EFZ
  • Berufsbildnerkurs oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren / nachzuholen
  • Freude und Stolz am Beruf, Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für eine genussvolle Küche
  • Gepflegtes Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen und eine hohe Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Bereitschaft zu Schicht\- und Wochenenddiensten
  • Bereitschaft als Springer/in auch Einsätze kurzfristig in allen
  • Standorten der cura unita glarus zu leisten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
