Für die Neueröffnung unseres traditionsreichen Restaurants suchen wir einen /eine Köchin. /Köchin Restaurant Alpstubli Was du machst Du bereitest hochwertige Speisen selbstständig zu und sorgst für ein tolles Geschmackserlebnis unserer Gäste. Für das Mise\-en\-Place, das Tagesgeschäft und die Betreuung von Gruppen und Events trägst du die Verantwortung. Du unterstützt bei der fachgerechten Lagerung der Lebensmittel und der Kontrolle des Wareneingangs. Du bist zuständig für die Einhaltung der Reinigungs\- und Hygienerichtlinien. Was du mitbringst Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als EFZ oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position. Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine grosse Leidenschaft fürs Kochen. Du bist flexibel und bereit, auch an Wochenenden zu arbeiten.
