BALIK Lachs, von den meisten Lachsliebhabern als feinster Räucherlachs der Welt bezeichnet, wird ausschliesslich nach einer streng gehüteten Rezeptur, mit viel Hingabe und Liebe zum Handwerk, auf einem Hof im idyllischen Toggenburg, genauer gesagt in Ebersol, hergestellt. So entsteht in reiner Handarbeit ein Produkt mit der perfekten Harmonie aus Lachs, Salz und Rauch. Sämtliche Produktionsschritte werden dabei stets von Hand ausgeführt – ein wahres Meisterwerk.

Für unsere BALIK Kitchen in Zürich beim Globus Bahnhofstrasse suchen wir Verstärkung.

Wir zelebrieren gehobene Gastronomie und suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen: 

Koch (m/w/d) 80 - 100% Unser Unternehmen ist marktführend im Bereich Qualität und Ihre offene und serviceorientierte Art repräsentiert dies hervorragend.Ihr Aufgabengebiet: • Produktion von Speisen

• Mise en Place und Zubereitung der verschiedenen Gerichte gemäss Rezeptur / für den à-la-  carte Service

• Mithilfe bei Bestellungen und Inventuren

• Unterstützung im Backoffice

• Gewährleistung eines stets sauberen und organisierten Arbeitsplatzes 

• Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP)

Ihr Profil – das bringen Sie mit: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

• Berufserfahrung in gehobenen Restaurants    

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

• Effiziente und ressourcenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Selbständige Arbeitsweise

• Bereitschaft am Wochenende zu arbeiten

• Tadellose Umgangsformen und ein natürliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

• Gesunde Flexibilität und eine gute Belastungsgrenze

• Teamplayer und Zuverlässigkeit

• Freude an der Arbeit mit hochwertigen Produkten und an der Umsetzung gehobener Gastronomie
