Das Café verfügt über 170 Innenplätze sowie zusätzlich 150 Aussenplätze. Wir verwöhnen unsere Gäste zum z’Morge, zum z’Nüni, zum z’Mittag, zum z‘Vieri und zum z’Nacht – hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft hat im Hause Café Knaus lange Tradition. Im Laden werden unsere ofenfrischen Backwaren und köstlichen Süssigkeiten aus der hauseigenen Bäckerei \& Konditorei empfohlen und verkauft, Bestellungen entgegengenommen und geliefert. Konditor/in 60\-100% (Pensum nach Wunsch) Wir suchen für unser 13 köpfiges Produktionsteam nach Vereinbarung eine/n Konditor/in 60\-100% (Pensum nach Wunsch) Ihre Aufgabenbereiche: \- Sie versüssen mit Ihren Produkten unseren Gästen den Tag und machen somit viele Menschen glücklich! \- Herstellung unserer beliebten Torten und Patisserie \- Herstellung von Glacespezialitäten, Traiteurartikel, saisonaler Produkte und Hausspezialitäten \- Herstellung von Schokoladen Spezialitäten \- Neue Leckereien kreieren (Saisonprodukte) \- Mithilfe bei der Ausbildung von Lernenden \- Durchführung des Hygiene\- und Arbeitssicherheitskonzepts (Branchenlösung) Ihre Arbeitseinsätze: 3\-5 Tage\-Woche je nach Pensum / 42h\-Woche bei 100% Pensum, verteilt auf Mo\-So (Wochenendeinsätze) Mehrheitlich Arbeitsschichten zwischen 06:00 und 16:00 Uhr / 5 Wochen Ferien Anforderungen: Sie sind Konditor aus Leidenschaft. Sie arbeiten speditiv, exakt sowie selbständig und haben Freude daran, unseren Gästen den Tag zu versüssen. Sie sind flexibel, teamfähig und können auch mit Stress\-Situationen gut umgehen. Sie brauchen die tägliche Herausforderung, wohnen in der näheren Umgebung, sind mobil und besitzen ein eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis als Konditor.
